With almost a century in business as food manufacturer representatives, we have seen many fluctuations and trends within our industry. Learning from the past, and constantly innovating our approach for the future allows us to remain leaders in the foodservice sales and marketing industry.

As an independently owned food broker / sales and marketing team covering Northern California and the Northern Nevada Market, we have the pulse of our region. Additionally, we are a member of the Independent Broker Alliance (IBA), an organization comprised of thirty successful food manufacturer representative agencies throughout the United States. Having a national scope provides us with an additional perspective to identify trends and allows us to leverage coast to coast opportunities.

The HG family is a spirited group of successful manufacturer field partner professionals who have honed their craft in one of the most demanding and renowned hospitality regions in the nation. Our team has vast and award-winning experience in all aspects of the food service channel,  from: Brokerage, Manufacturer, Distributor, to Schools/University dining to Hotels and Restaurants and everything in-between.  Understanding and experiencing firsthand the challenges the stakeholder may face, we are able to provide unique solutions and bring products to market more effectively. 

Our team consists of 16 members, 3 of which are trained chefs, and combined we have over 330 years of industry experience. But we are more than just numbers, we are a fantastic team with diverse backgrounds, who share a common integrity, mission, and philosophy.
