The partners at HG realized change is upon us and we must adapt not only for our success but also that of our customers. In a humbling move they started looking at everything we do as a company and what we can do to improve internally and better support our customers. "HG Cares" became the new Mantra
We reached out to all of our distributor partners, key customers and manufacturers. We wanted to see what unique challenges they were facing and how we could possibly assist them. As a result, we realized we would need to invest heavily into technology so we could provide a virtual sales presence.
Not only are we committed to paying it forward with HG Cares we are also focused on green initiatives.
While investing in technology we are focusing on how we can better provide service and support to our customers.
While we are still trying to figure out how to serve you a delicious dish through the computer screen, we are developing methods for virtual product launches and introductions. These video conferences will feature key influencers in our industry providing their unbiased feedback on featured products. We will also ask them to share how they are finding success in the current state of affairs.
We understand from our research that our customers needs are ever changing.
With that in mind, we have worked with our manufacturers to supplement our retail and smaller pack size offerings.
We now represent several PPE manufacturers so we can provide needed supplies to our customers.
